Bob Badiee has extensive Accounting, Human Resource and Management experience including development and execution of corporate policies and procedures. He is an experienced analyst, strategic thinker, and a creative and flexible problem-solver. Bob is skilled in contract management and negotiations as well as customer relations and customer service. Bob has deep experience building accounting and auditing procedures for domestic and international operations and has established four unique accounting systems to operate and manage companies in the U.S., Mexico, and Latin America. He is also adept in Operations Management for retail, trade show and online operations.

Bob earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Oregon State University.

Reza Badiee is a key member of our Asset Management team, where he drives real estate ventures and oversees a diverse portfolio to ensure operational excellence and asset growth.

As Director of the Badiee Family Office, Reza oversees investment strategy, philanthropy, and portfolio management across debt, private equity, venture capital, and public markets.

Reza earned his degree in Political Science from Bates College and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at the University of San Diego’s Knauss School of Business. He is also an active member of San Diego’s National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Keon serves in Property & Asset Management at Badiee Development, where he oversees the day-to-day operations and management of the company’s growing portfolio of industrial and logistics properties throughout the Western U.S. With a hands-on approach, Keon ensures each property runs efficiently while delivering an exceptional experience for tenants.

Keon earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and is an active member of San Diego’s National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP)
