Metro Air Park Logistics Center III

This parcel (Lot 38) is located at the corner of West Elkhorn Blvd and Metro Air Park Blvd in Sacramento’s newest industrial park, Metro Air Park. At completion, Building 5 (the industrial building) will consist of 193,600 SF, 33 DH doors, and ESFR sprinklers.

Lot 38 consists of approximately 17 gross acres and will be split into three (3) parcels, a parcel for the industrial building (11.64 acres), a parcel for a gas station (3.13 acres), and a parcel for another user (1.96 acres).
