I-215 Interchange Logistics Center

I-215 Interchange Logistics Center is a 400,801 SF industrial/distribution building located in North Las Vegas’ Speedway submarket. The project commenced construction in March 2022 and was completed in May of 2023.

Prior to completion, the Badiee team executed a 7 year lease with a credit tenant at a healthy rental rate. The project was pre-sold to Fundrise/RSE Capital who took ownership of the building in June of 2023.
