Each property will be separately owned by a newly-formed SPE (special purpose entity) lead by Mr. Ben Badiee, the main principal and general partner. Mr. Badiee is the CEO of Badiee Development, Inc. Badiee Development was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in La Jolla, CA. Mr. Badiee has been in the development business for over 30 years during which time he has developed and managed industrial, office, retail and residential projects.
Collectively, the Badiee Development team has developed millions of square feet of commercial properties primarily in California, the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada. They each have over 30 years of development experience in construction, development, finance, marketing or law and have previously held senior positions at major development and construction companies.
